EMAR Today
Today Sylvan and Suzie are aided by a staff of dedicated
volunteers who clean kennels, feed and otherwise care for
the animals, and help with facilities maintenance. Our veterinary
care is provided by Dr. Moyer at Upcountry Veterinary Service
in Makawao, who donates his time. The ability to meet the
mounting expenses of veterinary supplies and medications,
food, and shelter is solely dependent on private donations.
Caring people make these life-saving efforts possible.
EMAR has varied opportunities for those who wish to contribute.
Money, of course, is always very, very welcome as we are run
solely by the financial support of others! All contributions
are tax deductible. If you wish to contribute, you can simply
